Notice of Regulatory Change Regarding the Board’s Location
The Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board moved to its current address on April 26, 2021. However, since the location of the office is specified in regulation, the regulatory language must be updated.
The regulatory language does not materially alter any requirement, right, responsibility, condition, prescription, or other regulatory element, allowing the Board to use an expedited process under the Administrative Procedures Act, which is approved by the Office of Administrative Law.
The new office location will be updated in the California Code of Regulations effective July 1, 2022. Applications and forms should continue to be sent to the Board’s new address at 1601 Response Road, Suite 260, Sacramento, CA 95815.

Effective Date of Regulation: July 1, 2022
This approved regulation amends section 1399.101 of Division 13.3 of Title 16, California Code of Regulations and sections 1399.150.1 and 1399.160.6 of Division 13.4 of Title 16, California Code of Regulations.
